What is Dragonball-AF? When does it air on TV?

There is no such thing as Dragonball-AF. It all started with someone drawing a SSJ5 Goku (highest level SSJ4) with a Dragonball-AF logo on the bottom right. They even made a fake gif to go with it!

When is a new series of Dragonball-Z/GT starting?

A new series of Dragonball-Z is starting of September of 2002,
and a new series of Dragonball-GT starts in Fall of 2003!
